The minimum print length is 10 cm on the selected BioThane® width. However, you can choose from sizes: 10, 45, 60, and 90 cm.
UV printing is durable and performs well in daily use. It is resistant to water, sunlight, and normal signs of wear. However, please remember that very intense friction, e.g., against concrete or rough surfaces, may affect its appearance over time. More tips can be found in the CARE section.
Yes. Simply use soap and water with a soft sponge. Avoid aggressive chemicals, rough surfaces, and machine washing. More tips can be found in the CARE section.
Yes! We offer samples so you can assess the print quality before placing a larger order. Simply select the 10 cm size on the product page.

We offer printing on various BioThane® widths: 9, 13, 16, 19, 25, 38 mm. Current available widths can be found on the product card during the ordering process.
Yes. We print designs in the full CMYK palette. Printing on colored BioThane® is also possible, not just on white – however, it all depends on the specific pattern, the file, and the selected webbing color. Before production, we check if the design will look good on the chosen BioThane® color and confirm if such a print is possible. Please remember, however, that the print color may differ from what is visible on the screen, which results from monitor settings and the printing process itself.
We cut and print the tape on an ongoing basis; therefore, for orders by the meter, the pattern may be shifted by +/- 2 mm between individual tapes. To ensure full print coverage, our projects are prepared with appropriate bleeds, so the entire surface is printed without blank spots.
It is also worth noting that depending on the order batch and the time interval between productions, the print color may vary slightly. This is a natural occurrence in staged production.
To ensure the pattern looks good after printing on the tape, the file should be prepared according to a few simple rules:
We accept files in the following formats: PDF, PSD, PNG, EPS, AI.
The file can be prepared in CMYK or RGB color space.
However, please keep in mind that during conversion from RGB to CMYK, color shifts may occur.
The file should have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
The project must be prepared for the specific width and length of the ordered tape:
the file length should correspond to the length of the ordered section,
the file width should be matched to the width of the tape,
2 mm bleeds should be added on each side so that the print covers the entire surface properly.
Example file dimensions
For a 90 cm long tape, the file should be 904 mm long (analogous for other selected lengths).
The file width depends on the width of the selected tape:
for 38 mm tape → file 904 x 42 mm
for 25 mm tape → file 904 x 29 mm
for 16 mm tape → file 904 x 20 mm
for 13 mm tape → file 904 x 17 mm
for 9 mm tape → file 904 x 13 mm

Not always. In the case of ready-made patterns available in our shop, the same motif may look slightly different depending on the selected tape width and project proportions. If you care about a specific visual effect, it is worth consulting the width choice before ordering.
Yes. We use original BioThane® US tapes, but we are not the manufacturer of the material itself. Therefore, individual batches may differ in finish, e.g., degree of mattness, gloss, or tangible surface texture. These are natural characteristics of the material that we have no control over and do not constitute a product defect.
No. The 90 PLN fee for print file preparation is a one-time charge – it only applies to the first order of a given pattern. For subsequent orders of the same pattern, you only pay for the tape according to the standard price list.
