Due to the bespoke nature of orders, Biothane® straps with UV printing are cut to size according to the customer’s specifications and are therefore non-returnable and non-exchangeable – regardless of whether the order is placed by a private individual or a business.
Complaints
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or one that does not match your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the parcel. To make a complaint, please email us with photos of the product and a description of the issue. We will process your complaint as soon as possible and find the best
solution.
